What should I do after class 12th science?

Hello,
It's totally up to you that what is your passion and what are your future goals and I suggest you to choose the field according to your interest only rather then anyone else. There are many option for Science student after 12th class you can go in any field if you are a Science student. If you have interest in engineering then go through B E/B.Tech and if you have interest in biology then you can do M. B. S. similarly there are many courses in commerce field also.

B.Tech or Engineering
B.Pharma
BAMS and other nursing courses -
