    Hi,
If you have subjects in medical then go for MBBS or Agriculture. If you have non-medical, then go for B.Tech CSE (domain you can change as per you interest). The top universities I can enlist for you are SRM University, Amity University, Delhi University, Lovely Professional University, etc.

See, it totally depends on your interest and your subject in class 12th. If you are from Maths stream, then I will suggest you to fight JEE Mains, and if you are from Biology, then you should prepare for PMT for becoming a MBBS. Well, if you are from commerce than you can do for CA CS and so all. Moreover, many courses are available there for every student of different streams, like BCA, RAS, IAS etc. Look, if you want to prepare for civil service, then RAS and IAS are the best option. So, I only cam show you the door, you have to enter by yourself. I hope you got it. Best of luck.
