Hi,
These are some options available for you:
1. MBA
2. MCA
3. Masters in mass communication
4. Masters in foreign languages
5. B.Ed.
6. LLB
7. M.Com
But, if I was in your place I would give first priority to MBA through CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP and IBSAT.

B.Com leads to M.Com. If you want to do a PG in that domain. You can go for MBA, that too in the financial domain. Marketing or retail management MBA can also do good.
