Rather than asking others you should answer this question yourself. Your next step depends on 2 things:
1. Your passions & interests
2. Family condition
If you are interested in pursuing further education and your family is able to support your education then go for MBA from some good college. Al

After B.Com, you can go for MBA in any specialisation but most of the students prefer finance or marketing from a reputed college.
