With B.Sc, you can get job in only small and medium IT companies as junior developer or tester at lower salary. MCA, B.Tech with CS or M.Sc with CS are standard educational qualification for entry into top IT companies. Unless you have personal reasons, you are advised to do MCA or M.Sc CS before ta
