After B.Sc in computer science, you can go for MCA. Eligibility for MCA in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) or B.Sc (Information Technology) or any graduation with computer science as a subject for three years or Mathematics or Stat

You can go for Masters courses after that. You can also pursue MBA for a better career ahead.
