It depends upon your choice of interest to follow a field of your desire after graduation.
After graduation from botany & zoology, you can go for post-graduation in any.
If you wish to go for academics, then go for CSIR NET exam and do Ph.D.
You can also prefer school teaching by doing B.Ed.

You must pursue higher studies to get a job with a good salary. You can do Masters in any sub branch or core subject and go for Ph.D. It will open up the door to research and academics for you. I hope it helps.

As you wish. My suggestion is to go for PG courses like biotechnology which has booming career. If you are interested in teaching, after PG either do B.Ed or Ph.D.
