It depends on your interest that in which field you want to make a career. Nothing is difficult and there is no difference between girls and boys. If you want to go for technical field you can pursue M.Tech and if you want to go into management field then you can pursue MBA. It depends on your choic

The best option would be to go for MBA in which you will get good jobs for yourself. You can pursue MBA from a reputed B-school which will help you in to get good jobs.
