What should I do after completing B.Tech IT?

Hello Shreyansh, B.Tech IT is sufficient educational qualification to start your career as a developer and tester in the Indian IT industry. Most of the fresher recruitment takes place in campus placement, therefore, you must prepare for the recruitment tests to join your dream IT company in campus placement. In case you do not get a job in the campus placement then you will have to work hard to get or add marketable IT skills in your profile by doing short courses or IT certifications. In case you do not want to go for a job now, you have an option of higher studies (M.Tech or MBA ) in India or abroad. Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in the chosen field and you can make a career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, the scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologists too.
