BCA is basic degree for job in IT industry. Indian IT industry prefer B.Tech CS or MCA grads for Developer roles. You are advised to study upto MCA for a meaningful career in IT industry.

After successful completion of BCA, go for MCA. Get work experience in IT Domain for at least 3 years. Then, if desired and required, go for MBA from reputed B-School.
    Best wishes.
