These are again two different fields. You need to make sure, what stream you want to spend your whole life in, then decide your final destination. Both the streams have different entrance exams, like for Airforce you need to appear for NDA while for banking there are various exams specific for banki

After class 12th for Air Force, you should appear for NDA examination, which is National Defence Academy through air force, if you get selected you will be made a fighter pilot and for the banking sector apply only after graduation for different exams conducted for the purpose.

After completing class 12 one has numerous options to pursue as a career. However, having said that a career in the Air force one may require a Bachelors degree to apply for the Air force through the CDS exam.
