What should I do after completing class 12th with commerce stream to become a lecturer?

Hi,
If you want to become a lecturer, you'll have to complete you Bachelors and Masters and then qualify in the UGC NET exam for lectureship.
Since you've done 12th commerce, you can opt for B.Com now (which is a 3 year Bachelors degree) and after completion of B.Com, you can opt for M.Com (which
