You can prepare for various government jobs like for junior engineer, GATE preparation and civil services. Join any coaching class and prepare. You can also go for M.Tech to do higher studies.

From job point of view, it would be a starting point for you. It will give you a vocational qualification which would be an asset for You. You can enter the industry after Diploma and can enter good salary after years of experience. I have seen many project managers who are simply

You can go for B.Tech in civil by entering directly into the second year B.Tech, or you can choose to do some auto cad training before that.
