    Diploma in Engineering prepares an individual for an entry level job. Therefore, either you can get into a job or if you wish to elevate your career further, you can join an engineering college to pursue a degree in Engineering. This provides you better job roles as well as much better salary packages. Even you can do both of them by pursuing degree in Engineering via distance learning while working. If you wish, you can pursue MBA or M.Tech as well.
