What should I do after completing Diploma in mechanical along with 12th (science)? I am interested in MBA in HR.
I am unsure about engineering.

It's a good dream that you have. To achieve this, you will have to complete some graduation and then only you can pursue MBA. So, take admission to obtain some degree as first step. -
As you are interested in MBA, after completing your Diploma, you have to do a Bachelor's degree in mechanical among B.Tech and BE. After this, you can go for MBA in HR
MBA can be done only after doing graduation.
