What should I do after completing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

If you have done your diploma in Mechanical engineering then you can go on for doing a degree course of Bachelor of Technology in the same field, i.e, Mechanical Engineering . The benefit which you would get is that you would be directly entered into the Second Year of the Four year long course. In my suggestion if you want to earn right now then you can go for a job as a Technical Engineer Trainee in various companies like TATA Motors, etc. but if you want to study further or increase your qualification for batter prospects in future and also for GOOD SALARY jobs then you should go for Graduation from any Engineering college which will provide you with Graduate Engineer Trainee- a post higher compared to Technical engineer trainee which will also be helpful for your future as you would easily get promoted while in your job.
