Germany is the most advanced country in area of technology. Germany has a lot of world's leading technical universities. It is recommended that you may opt for MS in Germany. Germany is liberal in granting visa to international students who do higher studies in Germany. Education fee is very low in Germany. In addition, as an engineer you can do a part time job to subsidize your boarding & lodging expenses.
