Join Diploma in civil and do B.Tech further, you'll be the master of your field. All the best.

Do Diploma from your state board of technical education and training (SBTET) in regular or distance mode. You also have the option of taking direct entry in the 2nd year. Just go to polytechnic civil staff room and ask your lecturers further.
