What should I do after completing ITI for a bright future? I have passed class 12th science in 2015. I have done ITI 2017 with civil trade.

As you have mentioned that you have taken your Diploma. Yes, you can pursue B.Tech in civil engineering through lateral entry. You can get direct admission in 2nd year of B.Tech through lateral entry.
