    A minimum percentage is 55+ in PG. Later, you have to qualify in NET. It is very good, if you have a PhD and research publications. Qualifications are similar Degree and PG colleges and Universities, governed by UGC scales.

    You need to appear for NET exam or you can apply for PhD programme through that you can apply for lecturer in good colleges as per their recruitment process.
