What should I do after completing M.Sc in chemistry, B.Ed or Ph.D?

If I will do Ph.D, I need some time for preparation, but my parents don't want it. I have to do it for my basics. They don't want any gaps in the course. If I would do B.Ed in private mode, it would be easier.

For B.Ed, if you are financially sound and not looking for jobs immediately, then go for PhD.
