While B.Com is the most preferred course, you can choose it, or otherwise you can go for either BCA or CA which is a little hard, but very useful study, or you can also go for BBA that is a professional course.

There are many courses which you can do after PUC (commerce) like BCA and CA. The most in-demand course is CA and it is also the toughest one, but the decision depends on your interest and what you want to do.
