What should I do after completing my B.E. Mechanical?

Dear Sir, I had completed my B.E. in Mechanical with aggregate 58%. What should I do now, should I go for job search or preparing for GATE exam or any other non-GATE exams or any other vocational courses as I am interested in CAD? Pls guide me.
