What should I do after completing my civil engineering diploma in 2014- a job or B.Tech?
Can I pursue my career in designing. I don't like site work. I want to do work in office.

Hi,
According to me you should study further for better opportunities and great experiences. After diploma there is nothing to prove us.
If you want a government college then you need to give LEET exam and if you want a private college then you may get direct admission. But try hard to get in a gov

Yes, you should go for distance learning because there is a specific age to complete B.Tech and you are not eligible for it.
