Hi,
If you are into teaching profile, I would suggest you to apply for UGC NET exams. For that you require basic scoring of 55% in aggregate in MA. You can then qualify for the exams and become an assistant professor or pursue Ph.D in Urdu, and then get into teaching line. It will add one value in
