85% is very good. If you have managed to take up the entrance exam already for engineering or medical then the path further is clear. If not, you could consider B.Sc or BA and B.Sc in various streams. For example, IT, PCM, computer science, nursing, physiotherapy, food technology and nutrition, etc.
