What should I do after Diploma in engineering? I am working in a multinational company.

6 years agoHello Nitin, It all depends on what you want to do. If you can spare three years of your life without a job, then you can think of lateral admission in an engineering college. Else, you can do graduation in any subject that you like from an open university like IGNOU. You must become a graduate. This will put you into a different league and fetch more salary. -

It's nice to hear that you are a working person. I would recommend you to go for B.Tech. The fact is you should not leave your job. I would ask you to search for some college those who allow you to work as well as you carry on your study. As soon as you complete your degree you may get promotion. But I recommend not to leave your job as, now a days its very tough to get job. Do not go for distance education.
