What should I do after Diploma in IT?
B.Tech is the only option, I know, but I don't want to do it.

Not necessarily. You can pursue BCA, B.Sc, BBA and B.A. These are just some common options. Don't worry about B.Tech. It has already lost much of its value. Pursuing any other course would be a better option. BCA would be common choice but if you don't want to do it, then don't do it. Opt for BBA or

Of course. There is scope in each. For example, you can do BBA to get a job in management. You can do B.Sc. To get fellowship for research or lecture.
