Nilesh, after completing your engineering you have quite a few choices like - Go for a job directly, Give exam and try to go for M.Tech, give CAT/MAT score well and go for MBA in a reputed institution, appear for state PSC exam and/or UPSC exam for job in Govt admin sector, or even start a business
