What should I do after graduating in B.Com? Should I go for MBA or do job for 1 year and then go for MBA?

It depends upon the type of college you are taking admission into. If you are taking admission in grade A or grade B-schools then doing a job / internship would be good. If you wish to do part time MBA then job is mandatory.
