After completing your UG B. Design from NIFT, you can pursue a postgraduate degree in design. This could be a Masters programme with a specialisation in a particular field, such as fashion design, textile design, or interior design. You can also pursue a professional certification such as a Diploma in fashion technology or a certification in digital media design. Additionally, you can look for internships and other design-related opportunities to gain work experience. You can also look for job opportunities in the design industry with fashion houses, retail stores, production houses, or design firms.

You can do M.Des from NIFT or NID. And, if you have plans of going abroad you can try that.
Also, I would suggest you to work under some reputed company or designer and gain experience.

Go for either. Thereafter take campus placements, work for a while and gain reasonable work experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for working professionals.
Even simple MBA right now is good but again it is your personal choice. You may go for MBA in Fashion Technology.
Also would request you to post your further questions on Q&A page (Cafe Buzz) to have opinions from various experts.
    Thanks and Regards

One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
