    You can take NET or SET exam and pursue Ph.D in order to make a good career after completing M.Com.

    Hello,
    After completing your M.Com, firstly set your target that what do you want to do next?
    If you want to pursue further studies, then you can go for Ph.D.
    To get a better job & career field, you can also appear in UGC NET exam.
    After completing that, you can get into research field or lectureship.

    If you want to get into other field, then you can also prepare for competitive exams like - banking exams, SSC exams etc.
