Hello, after completing M.Com. you have many good options available.
You can go for private Jobs.
But as you are from commerce field, I think you will be interested in Banking career.
For that, you don't have to do any thing.
just start preparation for IBPS PO Exam, SBI PO Exam or other banking Exam

After doing m.com, you can study doctorate degree in commerce and you need to pass UGC net exam which can be beneficial for you.
