Dear Naheed, Most of the positions in the government sector are opened by PSUs. You may need to write their competitive examinations, may or may not face interviews too ! For these jobs Post graduation is enough. However, there are openings in research and teaching field too, for those positions, Ph

For the lecturer jobs in government colleges, you should apply for the NET exam and then pursue Ph.D programme. Afterwards, you can apply for the same.
Even with this process, you can apply for private colleges. Nowadays, they do offer a handsome salary to talented and knowledgeable people.
