What should I do after my 12th exams?

I have scored 86.5% in my 12th standard.

Good results. You may pursue the same. Stream you had in 12th. Be it Arts or Commerce or Medical/Non Medical. In case it was Medical, B.Sc. Is an option if you haven't tried for Medical Entrance Tests. If Non Medical, B.Tech is traditionally suggested. If you want to go to new courses, Dairy Technol

You should go for the stream which you have selected in 12th. If you are from Arts background, you should go for B.A. and if you are from commerce, then go for B.Com or BBA and if you are from Science stream then you can go for B.Sc or B.Tech degree. It depends on your interest. Best of luck.
