    Hi,
    As far as private sector concerned, there is hardly any job specifically meant for a post graduate. As far as government job sector concerns, you need to apply against each job notification.
    For private sector job, first decide what do you want to do, what is your career goal and aim.
    Apart from this, you need to focus on:
    Communication skills
    personality - your own grooming, confidence and the way you speak
    how to respond to interview questions and your own confidence

    You have to go for some exam like NET or course like Mphil Phd , you can make career in teaching field
