    Hello Mohit,
    There are many field in commerce, it depends on you in which course you are more interested and more important you should have the depth knowledge of your subject.
    The course, which you can pursue are:
    1. CA.
    2. CS.
    3. MBA in finance.
    4. ACCA.
    5. You can also do B.Com + cost accounting,
    6. Taxation course.
    7. Corporate accounting.
    8. Management accounting and you can get a better job.

    Commerce students have following options after +2 stage: B.Com, BA Economics, CA, BBA, BCA, Hotel Management, five year integrated law degree, Integrated MBA, change to humanities & fine arts etc. You may chose any based on your interest to excel in your career.

    You can choose CA or you can do Bachelors in economics.
