What should I do along with my four years of B.Tech study? Should I opt for GATE preparation or higher studies?
Respected Sir,i have completed 12th CBSE with 92% and i have joined B.tech Mechanical Engineering at VIT,Vellore.
I want to become successful. Please tell me what i should do during my four years of study,like GATE prepration,etc.,Also kindly give me advice on higher studies in India or abroad

Alongwith the 4 years B.Tech study I suggest Andrew you try to get trained and acquire other skills such as those in the field of computers, Fire fighting, CAD or any other which you can think of or which is related to your branch of engg. You can start preparing for GATE when you in the final year
