Don't opt for science if you want to earn good money, opt for commerce. I have done BE in ME. Do multitasking activities while pursuing UG in the commerce field, then pursue MBA. Work hard, qualify CAT and get admission in a reputed college.

Both BBA and B.Tech are good courses, but the value of B.Tech is declining. I suggest you to opt for BBA, and then pursue MBA.

If you had science in 12th then you should go for B.Tech or any graduation related to science. BBA is for commerce students and has a very less scope as compared to B.Tech and other science courses. If you don't want to go for B.Tech then you can go for B.Sc or other interesting courses like animation, genetics, Biotech etc. BBA is a management course.
