What should I do among MBA (finance), M.Com & MCA? I've completed my BA with 53%. I am partially hearing impaired.

I have studied through distance mode as I am a Govt. employee in district court. Also, I have completed my X, XII and graduation through open learning. I've also worked for 3 years as a programmer and have coding skills but left it after getting a job in the Govt. sector.
