You can do any of the courses among MBA or M.Tech. Both the courses are good. In order to pursue MBA from IIMs you need to crack CAT exam with good rank where as for M.Tech you need to crack GATE exam with good rank to take admission in IITS.

Both course are good. It depends on your interest, both are difficult, and there are different criteria to take admission. For admission in M.Tech, you need to crack GATE and syllabus is fully technical. For admission in MBA you need to crack, CAT XAT GMAT and other similar exam and syllabus is not

Go for MBA if you want to make a career in the management field(managerial, entrepreneur, etc). Else, go for M. Tech if you're interested in the technical field(developer, coder, tester, etc).

If u want to join a company or start ur own business then MBA is better.... but if u want to go in teaching line.... then better to go for MTech
