If you are interested in programming then go for MCA otherwise if you are interested in management then go for MBA. It depends on your interest.

If you want to pursue career in technology then MCA is very good career option. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, the scope and opportunities for MBAs are better but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also. At the start of career MBA is better paid then MCA but in long run both careers are equally good and paying because software engineers have opportunities to work on onsite assignments abroad with better financial saving potential.

If you're not planning on becoming a Software Developer, but just fascinated with the IT Industry, then opt for MBA in Information Technology.
