What should I do among PGD and MBA (regular, executive or correspondence)? I have 3 to 4 years of work experience.

I have completed BBM during 2013 and currently working as an account manager in a retail e-commerce platform.

    Since you have work experience, then it must be ho for regular Executive MBA from reputed college so that you can get good career growth. Also in some colleges weekend classes are also provided which will help you in to do job and study simultaneously.
