What should I do as CMAT exam is on Jan 28 & the last date to apply online is the same? Also, they are asking for a relevant percentage.

You fill the forms and give your exam. Your scores will be used for admission process which will be held at different centres later this year. -
You don't have to submit your CMAT percentile at the time of fillings up your form. You can submit your CMAT result afterwards with application form. So, don't worry. -
You can try to contact admission department of the college and you can share your query. They will guide you properly and also tell you the solution.
I think best solution is you contact or email on the number or email given at the college website.
