What should I do as I am not getting a chance to fill the choices in the second round of UPSEE lateral entry counselling?

Can I get a seat in the locked college as all the seats are full and no seat has been allotted me? My open category rank is 2966 and SC category rank is 351.

    If there is no choice in the second counseling then there is no college available for lateral entry at the rank you have.
