If you are wasting one year to prepare MAT then I would like to say it is going to be the biggest mistake in your life. I am sorry to say this. My dear friend there are none Tier I or Tier II colleges participating in MAT. MAT exam is so easy that you can crack it with a 1 month of preparation. Aim higher. Target exams like CAT and XAT to get into top tier colleges. Waste your 1 year for CAT, you will definitely get your output after 1 year. The choice is yours.
All the best.
