What should I do as I cannot participate in the JoSAA counselling due to low percentage in class 12th board exams?
In which college can I get admission to pursue B.Tech without JEE Mains score? I have scored 125 marks in JEE Mains. If B.Tech is not possible then I can pursue B.Sc from that particular college.

Yes, there are few colleges that intake students on the basis of JEE Mains.
Some of them which may give you admission are-
JIIT
D Y Patil College Of Engineering
College Of Engineering, Pune
Thapar University
You need to apply to these colleges separately.

Government colleges like NIT/IIIT are not going to give you admission as your board percentage is 67% or if you are in top 20 percentile in your boards then only you are eligible for NIT/IIIT (check JOSAA portal for top 20 percentile list).
Only private colleges will give you admission irrespective
