What should I do as I couldn't pass class 12th till now?
I completed my class 10th with 45 percent marks in 2010. I opted for science stream in HSC but couldn't pass my board exams till now.

give the repeat exam of 12 which was held in june or july.

You can pursue a Diploma course.

Not passing 12th is not just a result but a question within itself. Why will you not pass after so many attempts?
Maybe lack of studies, lack of motivation or maybe Sciene is enforced to you, it is not your will. There are many academic based career options available, but we neither have a dearth of non academic career options. I mean like Music, sports that fetch enough salary too. I suggest think about it and ask yourself what you really want in your life now and later.

U can also do ur 12 from NIOS board which can pass u

if you bored from 12th and u really don't want to do it than go for your field of interest like acting and many other field.
you can also do diploma there are many jobs in private and government for it. -
if you could not pass 12th std then you obviously opt for diplomo and choose wise college and you can join directly in second year for engineering courses.
you can also try for iti course which is a minimum eligibility criteria for some posts. -
change stream and give your best this time.
