Hey,
The best way to predict college through JEE main score is resonance college predictor:

After that, just go for counselling of that college. You may also choose private college like BITs Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, Galgotia, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
So, go for it. -
Your chances to get admission in any good college are very low at a score of just 213 marks in JEE paper 2 unless you have any reservation.
If you are from general then I'm sorry, but colleges consider 300+ marks for general category.
