What should I do : B.E.-CSE from Chandigarh University(8.16 lakh loan) OR B.Sc(Hons.) CS from Delhi University ?

I got 91.2% marks in cbse board and 110 in Mains . My Wbjee rank is 8379 . My relatives are advising me not to take loan of 8.16 lakh for B.Tech from Chandigarh University .
